PNEVMOTENT company develops and manufactures mobile pneumo-framed modules (tents) used as quickly erectable structured for accommodation of military units, civilians or as field repair shops.
Pneumo-framed modules came into common use during containment and prevention of natural and man-made emergency situations, namely by using the modules as: temporary loging, mobile headquarters and control centers, field hospitals, amenities complexes, decontamination facility for vehicles and people, revetments for vehicles, shelters for repair works and equipment and for other purposes.
PNEUMO-FRAME
Pneumo-frame is an inflatablestructure with longitudinal struts and a bottom plate.
Pneumo-frame is made of frost-proof reinforced PVC fabric with 0.18 bar inner pressure allowing for resistance to climatic loads (wind, rain, snow and temperature shocks).
Pneumo-frames are manufactured using hi-tech tiein of inflatable pipes allowing for complete or partial elimination of frame deflation. Pneumo-frames incorporate an excessive pressure release valve (e.g. in case of vigorous heating in the sun or a mechanical shok the valve automatically starts bleeding the air from inside the frame down to the working pressure) and a pressurizer valve.
EXTERNAL TENT
The external nondetachable tent is connected to the PNEUMO FRAME forming an integral whole.
The tent is made of frost-proof reinforced PVC fabric. Tent seams are welded by hot air using high-precision machines, providing air-tight and water-tight integrity.
Tents may have windows made of transparent TPU film with high light transmittance and resistance to low temperatures. It is also possible to install organic glass windows and mosquito nets. The windows may be equipped on either side with curtains made of tent fabric.
Tents also incorporate sleeves for connection of heating units and an opening for electrick cabeles entry.
BASIC COLORS OF PNEUMO FRAMES AND EXTERNAL TENTS:
REMOVABLE INNER INSULATION
Removable inner tent is made of polyether fabric and a backup 4-layer set of heat-saving foils generating an isothermic effect.
NONDETACHABLE INNER TENT
Nondetachable inner tent is made of a light water-tight PVC material. It retains heat thanks to air space between the tents.
Both tent versions include closed channels for fixing of cables, luminaires and electrical outlets. Tents incorporate through-holes for connection of heating units and for electric cables entry.
Manufacture of pneumo-framed modules without inner tents is also possible.
FLOOR INSULATION
The floor of a pneumo-framed tent can be equipped with removable insulation panel to the size of the module.
Such floors retain heat inside the module at sub-zero temperatures and constitute folding panels laid on top of the bottom. Floor insulation is made of POLYFORM heat-insulating material, packed in a terpaulin sheet. Floor insulation panels are folding like a book and are attached to each with the help of a sticker.
DOORS AND WINDOWS
PNEUMO-DOOR
Dimensions: 800 mm x 1800 mm
Main entrace: Air-tight door with inflated frame (separate pressurizer value), with external and internal planks. The door are made of the same materials as the planks of the module.
CURTAIN DOOR
Dimensions: 1800 mm x 1800 mm
Frameless curtain door with zip-fastener. The curtain door is rolled up to its top and fixed in up position. This type of door is normally used as additional entrance at the abutting end to transfer furniture and large0sized equipment into the pneumo-framed module, as well as to mate the modules into an integrated complex.
WINDOWS
Dimensions: 600 mm x 400 mm
PVC mosquito net, 240 g/m
2. Transparent insert made of frostproof TPU film or organic glass. Curtains are made of the material similar to external tent fabric, allowing for securing the curtain in up position with the help of belts and half-rings.
BASIC ADDITIONAL AQUIPMENT AND LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS OF PNEUMO-FRAMED MODULES
PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
Ensures automatic pressure control inside the frame within the set range of 0.15-0.20 bars; in case of low pressure a sensor triggers a pump. This device is also used as a power supply board.
HEATING UNIT
Heating unit designed to transfer heat inside the module runs on diesel fuel and has two exhaust offtakes. Air temperature at the outlet is +90 C. The heater is supplied complete with the oftakes and a thermostat.
GENERATOR
In the absence of centralized power supply, a compact and easy-to-operate power generator is used.
ELECTRIC PUMP
Electric pump is designed to generate and control the working pressure inside the module pneumo frame. The pump is equipped with two motors with 1800 and 2500 l/min capacity, which can be separately started with dedicated pushbuttons.
ELECTRICAL NETWORK
Depending on the size of the pneumo-framed module, electrical network includes: enhanced frost-proof cable (15 - 30 m long, average), rubberized electrical outlets (4 - 10 pcs), water-tight impact-proof suspended luminaires with energy-saving lamps (5 - 9pcs, average), electric board (in case of complicated modeling of the frame).

Pneumo-framed modules are manufactured in different sizes and with regard to operation conditions can be used for a wide range of applications.
A COMPLEX MADE OF PNEUMO_FRAMED MODULES CAN BE USED FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES
- rapid deployment of command centers in manmade disaster zones;
- accommodation of people;
- deployment of field hospitals;
- deployment of mobile laboratories;
- recovery operations for containment of accidents and calamities.
STRUCTURE PNEUMO-FRAMED HANGARS
is formed with pneumatic baulks arch-shape - balloons or arches which are conneñted together into a unified construction by means of screw carabines. The frame baulks are made of technical material with a PVC coating and can handle serious wind and snow pressure attacks.
The awning is attached to the frame of the frame of the hangar by me ans of lacing. When the length of the hangar is more than 30 m, the awning is divided into equal parts (segments), for easier installation and transportation. The seams of the awning are welded on a high-precision equipment by means of hot air, to make them hermetically sealed.
Serves to provide the centralized air supply to the pneumatic frame of the hangar, and to connect the arches together.
The pneumatic door and hermetic gates (the lifting mechanism of the gate is equipped with the electric hoist) are provided with a separate charging valve turbocharging has outer and inner sheating, made of the same materials as the hangar's covering.
FASTENING OF THE ARCHES OF THE PNEUMATIC FRAME
Fastening of the arches of the pneumatic frame. To form the frame of the hangar we use the fastening of the screw carabine, connecting the arches of the frame with each other into a unified item.
1. Screw piles (carabine) 2. Anchor to fix to a concrete base. 3. The bags filled with sand. 4. Ballast cylinders (water or debris). The above mentioned articles help to gain stability of the hangar on the ground with the severe climatic conditions.
